Welcome to the first course in the Proficy HMI/SCADA CIMPLICITY Self-Directed Basics Series. This course provides comprehensive guidance to help you get started with CIMPLICITY self-paced training. The on-demand series features instructional videos and interactive activities designed to enhance your learning experience.

In this course, you will learn how to download and install your CIMPLICITY trial software, enabling you to follow along with the series. Once the software is installed, you will be introduced to the key CIMPLICITY applications and interfaces through a detailed tour.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Check for product pre-requisites.
• Download the CIMPLICITY installation media.
• Install and run CIMPLICITY locally using the repeatable two(2) hour demo license.
• Register CIMPLICITY in Configuration Hub. 
• Take a tour of the main CIMPLICITY SCADA applications and tool.
