Welcome! This the first course in the iFIX Basics series. In this course you will learn how to download your iFIX trial software and set up your own installation to follow the course series. After the software is installed you will then take a tour of the common iFIX Applications and interfaces.

By the end of this course, you will be able to...

• Check your computer for suitability.
• Download Proficy HMI/SCADA iFIX.
• Install and run iFIX locally using the repeatable two(2) hour demo license.
• Take a tour of the iFIX Configuration applications.
• Take a tour of the iFIX SCADA applications.
• Take a tour of the iFIX HMI applications.
• Take a tour of the iFIX Security applications.
